Timothy J. Green is a U.S. licensed attorney with extensive experience in securities law, mergers and acquisitions, banking, and general corporate matters.

Mr. Green focuses on general corporate issues, including corporate strategy, compensation, franchising and licensing, directors’ and shareholders’ meetings, securities listings, and stock transfer practices. Additionally, he practices real estate development law, including airports and small land use deals, and assists clients in understanding financing and tax credits, document analysis, and drafting.

Mr. Green has broad experience in public and private financing, general government and municipalities, housing, transportation, public utilities, general obligations, sales tax, revenue tax, community development districts, school districts, charter schools, and 501(c)(3) organizations as well as tax increment, industrial development, and downtown redevelopment financing.

Finally, Mr. Green has assisted clients as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, underwriters’ counsel, bank counsel, trustee’s counsel, borrower’s counsel, and purchasers’ counsel in various types of tax-exempt and taxable financings. He graduated with honors from the University of Miami School of Law with a Juris Doctor and a Master in Tax Law.
